Our Story
It all began at a casual get-together hosted by a mutual friend — just an evening of conversation, laughter, and stories. But sometimes, the most meaningful partnerships are born out of genuine connections. Vinay, a seasoned ServiceNow Developer and Architect with over 14 years of experience, had already built and sold a successful IT company in India. His passion for delivery excellence and architecture-first thinking was matched only by his entrepreneurial spirit. With roots in both India and the U.S., Vinay had seen both sides of the business world — from hands-on development to high-level strategy. Across the table sat Raj, a visionary entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in both IT and non-IT ventures. A U.S. citizen and seasoned business leader, Raj had already built multiple successful companies across industries. Known for his business acumen and people-first mindset, he had long championed the growth of new talent and disruptive ideas. What started as a conversation quickly evolved into a shared vision: To build a new kind of consulting firm — one that’s nimble, values-driven, and obsessed with quality. From that moment, GlobalArc Tech Solutions LLC was born — built not just on resumes or business plans, but on trust, clarity of vision, and a deep respect for what makes IT work: people.
